If you are new to Adaptive Wellness, we begin with a brief, complimentary introductory conversation to determine whether we are a good fit. This allows you to ask questions and understand the approach before scheduling a comprehensive medical visit.

Your first full appointment is unhurried and in-depth, including detailed history review, clinical assessment, and discussion of next steps. Care at Adaptive Wellness is collaborative.  Patients are active participants in understanding their health and shaping their plan.
