Service Description
For established patients continuing care after their initial consultation. These focused 15–30 minute visits provide space for brief check-ins, targeted questions, progress updates, and personalized adjustments to support your ongoing health goals. For more in-depth concerns, extensive lab review, or broader care plan refinement, please schedule an Extended Functional Medicine Follow-Up.
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Cancellation Policy Payment Payment is due at the time of booking or service. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, and missed appointments are considered used and are not eligible for refund. Refunds Once a session has taken place, it is non-refundable. Refunds are issued only when the required notice period is met. Emergencies & Special Circumstances We understand that unexpected situations arise. If an emergency occurs, please contact us as soon as possible.
