For established patients continuing care after their initial consultation. These in-depth 45–60 minute functional medicine follow-up visits are designed to review progress, interpret laboratory findings, refine treatment strategies, and provide ongoing personalized support for your health goals. Most first follow-up visits after your initial consultation are best scheduled as a 60-minute visit. If you are unsure which follow-up option is right for you, please book this visit type.
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Cancellation Policy Payment Payment is due at the time of booking or service. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, and missed appointments are considered used and are not eligible for refund. Refunds Once a session has taken place, it is non-refundable. Refunds are issued only when the required notice period is met.
