Care Launch includes an in-depth initial visit, a dedicated results and planning visit, thoughtful consideration of appropriate testing and treatment options, and initial non-urgent messaging support. You'll gain a clearer understanding of your health, practical next steps, and an opportunity to experience Adaptive Wellness's personalized approach before deciding whether ongoing care is right for you. One month of care. No long-term commitment.
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Cancellation Policy Payment Payment is due at the time of booking or service. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, and missed appointments are considered used and are not eligible for refund. Refunds Once a session has taken place, it is non-refundable. Refunds are issued only when the required notice period is met. Emergencies & Special Circumstances We understand that unexpected situations arise. If an emergency occurs, please contact us as soon as possible.
