This comprehensive telehealth consultation (approximately 75–90 minutes) is where your work with Dr. Anne Wells truly begins. Together, you will explore your health history, current concerns, hormonal transition experience, lifestyle influences, and long-term goals in depth. Using a root-cause functional medicine lens, Dr. Wells works with you to identify patterns and underlying contributors that may be impacting your well-being. You will leave with clear insights and personalized next steps, which may include strategic recommendations related to nutrition, lifestyle, targeted supplementation, and further testing when appropriate. This visit is designed for patients ready to engage actively in a thoughtful, collaborative approach to lasting health.
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Cancellation Policy Payment Payment is due at the time of booking or service. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, and missed appointments are considered used and are not eligible for refund. Refunds Once a session has taken place, it is non-refundable. Refunds are issued only when the required notice period is met.
